Monday Evenings from 7pm-8:30pm Part of the August Summer Series
This class will introduce the flow and dance aspect of pole fitness. We will explore slow, flowing, sensual movements and transitions utilizing basic level pole moves. Class is 1.5 hour in which Ayeshia will also help guide you as to which pole dance/fitness class series would work best for you.
*Important Update Intro to Pole will be included in our Beginner Summer Special Package for $99 You will get 18 classes from August 1st – August 31st 2019. Out of our 5 Beginner & Mixed Level Classes You can choose 4 a week to attend of the below classes for 4 those 4 weeks. In addition this 4 week package includes Open Pole Practice days.
Intro to Pole Mondays 7pm-8:30pm, Pole Flow Wednesdays 6:30pm-8pm, Aerial Pole Bootcamp Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm, Twerk Pole Fridays 6:30pm-7:30pm and Basic Pole Dance Saturday 11:30am-12pm.
Open Pole Schedule; Monday 5pm-7pm, Tuesday 5pm-7pm, Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm, Sunday 1pm-3pm
