Basic Pole Dance Saturdays Day from 11:30pm-12:30pm Part of the August Summer Series
Intimidated by the Pole? Never taken a Pole Fitness Class before? Basic Pole is a fun sexy intro to pole. In the Basic Pole Intro TML Fitness instructors will teach you beginning pole moves & basic floor work. With in the first 20 min you will feel how pole dance/fitness can & will help tighten and tone your body when done on a consistent basis. You will slowly ease into this “new body movement” that will provide you with more confidence while improving your overall strength.
*Important Update Basic Pole will be included in our Beginner Summer Special Package for $99 You will get 18 classes from August 1st – August 31st 2019. Out of our 5 Beginner & Mixed Level Classes You can choose 4 a week to attend of the below classes for 4 those 4 weeks. In addition this 4 week package includes Open Pole Practice days.
Intro to Pole Mondays 7pm-8:30pm OR Pole Progressive for Intermediate/Advanced on Tuesdays 7pm-8:30pm depending on your level , Pole Flow Wednesdays 6:30pm-8pm, Aerial Pole Bootcamp Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm, Twerk Pole Fridays 6:30pm-7:30pm and Basic Pole Dance Saturday 11:30am-12pm.
Open Pole Schedule; Monday 5pm-7pm, Tuesday 5pm-7pm, Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm, Sunday 1pm-3pm
