This class will introduce the flow and dance aspect of pole fitness. We will explore slow, flowing, sensual movements and transitions utilizing basic level pole moves. Class is 1.5 hour in which Quasia will also help guide you as to which pole dance/fitness class series would work best for you. This class will also be used as an additional floater class in the Fall series. Which means if you are in a once a week series & have to miss your scheduled day you can attend Intro to Pole as your make up class.
