Booty Glow

Come learn how to shake what your momma gave ya in this 2 hour paint and twerk workshop! Blacklight paint is provided! Spend the first 30 minutes painting yourself and your friends in glow in the dark black light paint! (Get Creative) The next hour and a half Gigi will guide you through a choreographed TWERK class, teaching you all of the most popular TWERK moves! Only $25! Register ASAP this workshop will FILL! Intro To Pole Dance

This class will introduce the flow and dance aspect of pole fitness. We will explore slow, flowing, sensual movements and transitions utilizing basic level pole moves. Class is 1.5 hour in which Ayeshia will also help guide you as to which pole dance/fitness class series would work best for you.

Aerial Pole Bootcamp 101

6 Week Pole Series Thursdays from 6:30pm-8:00pm Currently In Session

Aerial boot camp 101 This six week course will incorporate bootcamp style exercises adapted to pole and pole flight silks as warmup and conditioning. This class will focus on pole and pole flight (silks) moves that build strength and a solid foundation for any aerial arts. Shorts are required. Class is Co-ed

Pole Flowology w/Melissa

6 Week Pole Series Wednesday Evenings from 6:30pm-8:15pm March 6th – April 17th

6 week beginner level class where you will learn; sexy but basic floor work that works for you and your body along with basic pole skills such as spins, dips, climbing and sitting preps and transitions. This class is designed for those that may love to dance or are interested in learning an exotic dance style but do not know where to begin or how to attach their movements together so they have a flawless flow.
