Progressive Pole Training (Level 2 Intermediate Advanced) This 8 week series will focus on progressing pole moves and combinations. We will build combinations starting with perfecting level 2 holds and spins focusing on building a solid foundation with proper technique and form. Each week we will add transitions and holds so that at the end of the session the student will have mastered level 2 moves and holds and will be able to perform multi- move combinations traveling up and down the pole.
